Studio Pick Up and Shipping

STUDIO PICK UP

• Applicable only for fully paid orders. Strictly no COD payment during pick up.
• Pick up hours are from Mondays thru Fridays, 1PM until 5PM, excluding holidays.
• Orders before 10AM may be picked up on the same day. Orders after 10AM will be available on the next business day.
• Present a valid ID and your order confirmation email to our fulfillment team.
• For courier pick-ups, please make sure to notify the driver of the ff.
• Your Full Name and Order No.
• Possible waiting time as we service other pick ups
• Customer is in charge of placing courier bookings as well as any applicable fees. 
• Pick Up Address: 2nd floor, Unit 10, Elements @ Rosemarie, Kapitolyo, Pasig city. Refer to this link for the building pin.

SHIPPING

Non-Peak Season: All orders placed from Monday through Friday will be processed* within 1-3 business days for Metro Manila, and 2-7 business days outside of Metro Manila

Peak Season: All orders placed from Monday through Friday will be processed* within 3-5 business days for Metro Manila, and 4–8  business days outside of Metro Manila

• An email confirmation with the order details and tracking information will be sent once your order has been processed.

LOCAL SHIPPING 

- Standard Courier Delivery is via J&T, upon order processed.
- Track your order via https://www.jtexpress.ph/
- Peak Periods such as Double Digit Sales, Black Friday, Mid-year Sales, Major launches, Holiday sales, and etcetera, will take 5-15 working days within Metro Manila, and 5-20 working days outside Metro Manila, due to high surge in orders.
