Exchange Policy

Due to the delicate and personal nature of our products, returns are not allowed. Kindly note that exchanges are strictly limited to size changes only and exchanges to different styles are not allowed. Also, all items purchased via I'M IN's marketplace official stores are not eligible for return and/or exchange. We encourage you to read through the full policy below.

 

Eligibility, Validity, and Other Conditions

Item(s) purchased via PH.IMINXX.COM online store is valid for exchange in the Philippines, within a period of 30 days from the date of shipment from our warehouse, provided item(s) meets the following qualifications:

  • The physical item(s) has to be returned complete and as a whole in their original selling condition—in their plastic bags, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with extra pads (if applicable) and with tags intact and attached to the item. However, item(s) such as cheekies (panties), shapewear, bodysuits, clearance sales (as indicated) are not eligible for exchange.

  • Valid items are eligible for a size exchange only. Exchange to a different style/design is not allowed.

A final inspection will be conducted by our fulfillment team to ensure that item(s) is qualified for exchange before proceeding.

I’M IN has the right to refuse exchange should item(s) fail to qualify with the above conditions.

Exchange is complimentary for first return. Succeeding returns will incur a restocking and service fee of Php300.00 per transaction.

 

EXCHANGE OPTIONS

Eligible merchandise bought from PH.IMINXX.COM can be exchanged in 2 ways 1) In-studio 2) Via Courier.


1. In-studio

In the absence of a physical store, we’re opening our studio for item exchange. This allows you to personally try the item, ensuring that you get to change it to the right fit/size with assistance from our team. In addition to the above conditions, please follow the below steps to proceed with our in-studio exchange.

Contact our customer service via WhatsApp (+63) 967 048 0468, and present the following:

    • Documentation (photo or video) clearly showing the item(s) for exchange

    • Screenshot of our email order confirmation indicating information such as the order number, the item(s) purchased, customer name and shipping address.
    • Reason for exchange
    • Preferred size for exchange

Our customer service will endorse the concern to our fulfillment team for verification. Please allow our team to get back to you within 1-2 business days to make way for verification.

2. Via Courier

Contact our customer service via WhatsApp (+63) 967 048 0468, and present the following:

    • Documentation (photo or video) clearly showing the item(s) for exchange
    • Screenshot of our email order confirmation indicating information such as the order number, the item(s) purchased, customer name and shipping address.
    • Reason for exchange
    • Preferred size for exchange

Our customer service will endorse the concern to our fulfillment team for verification. Please allow our team to get back to you within 1-2 business days to make way for verification.

Once verified, our customer service representative will send you delivery instructions to our warehouse.

Customer must attach a note with their order number, name, and phone on the package.

All delivery cost will be shouldered by the customer(s).

Exchange will take 5-10 working days, as we prioritize regular order.
